Drywall Repair
Clayton is the ultimate professional. He arrived on time, was friendly and meticulous. He repaired a number of dry wall cracks in our walls and ceilings. The finished product looks better than brand new. He was extremely neat, protected all our belongings and cleaned up after each session. We intend to hire him again for another project and I don't have the words for how satisfied my wife and I are with the services he provided.

Wallcovering or Wallpaper Removal
I had tremendous difficulty getting them to show up. When they did, their work was satisfactory. I tried to rehire them for some additional work which they promised to do but they never showed up after promising they would! Very unreliable!

I think by the many 5-star reviews, you can easily see that A Fresh New Look is a company you can count on. I am not sure why this person took almost a year to complete this review. Why when you tell someone that your schedule is very full and you can only fit them in if there is a cancellation, that they would leave an unfair review."

Clayton and Ashley arrived each day precisely when they said they would. They accomplished the work they wanted too each day and kept me informed what to expect as the job progressed. They advised and offered suggestions when they knew I would not be happy with a choice I made. It was well worth the competitive price they charged for the job they did in the time they accomplished it.
