Paul was very cordial, friendly and cooperative. He had to work within the constraints of a household that had just moved (picture boxes everywhere) and other workmen around. My only negative comment is that when we spoke on the phone, received a price quote, and I made the appointment, there was no discussion of the "extra costs" such as scotchguarding, that I was then forced to make a decision on the spot. I would use Paul again, I would just ask more questions upfront.

Although he did not arrive on time, he did a good job. He was very friendly and did a very good job at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to any of my friends.

THey were an hour late for the job. The appointment was scheduled for 9 but Paul called that morning around 9:30 confirming a 10 AM start. We were pleased, however, with the level of service and the outcome of the power washing and rug cleaning. There are oil stains on the pavers in the middle of our driveway which were not there prior to the work being performed. I believe they are from their truck which was parked there when they began the work. I will speak to Paul about that when he calls to complete the powerwashing of our patio.

Paul Federal, Is a professional. He knew what he was talking about. He made me feel comfortable to the point that we extended the job for him on the spot. I intend to recommend him for other carpet cleaning projects in the future.

Paul was very prompt in responding to my query on Service Magic..... He accepted my impomptu request and accomodated my job in between his other jobs making sure that he would be able to do justice to it....and even showed up on time. He is friendly, and even helped me move couple of things around the area that was to be cleant.....who does that now a days.....? Nice guy, great attitude, great service. Was very good. Did a great job on the drapes and was done in a timely manner. Would certainly use them again as well as recommend him to others.

The guy promised a lot on the phone but when he came in later than the scheduled time and he started pointing out spots which could not be cleaned completely. Those were the first signs of a person getting ready to defend himself. He took longer than expected and by the time he finished the sun had set and I could not make out any problems that day. He would not agree to return for the money the next day. the next day I noticed that not only had he done a bad job cleaning the carpet(he did not take care of the black spots i had specifically mentioned) but he also left grease spots on my new painted walls which he refused to acknowledge or fix

Friendly Carpet Cleaning did a thorough job in cleaning the sofa and love seat. The machine malfunction in the midst of the cleaining and we reschedule another time. However, because the machine required only minor repairs, they came back and completed the job on the same day. I am very pleased with the results.

Paul was very responsive to my inquiries about my type of rugs. He seemed very thorough while working at my house. He warned me of the possibility that the rugs wouldn't get as clean as when they were first new. He did the best that he could; and now that they have dried they are much better than when he first started.
