Paul and his team member were really nice. They got all of the stains out of the carpet that were a couple of days old from work that was being done in the basement. They were in and out in a couple of hours and the carpet took around 2 days to fully dry.

ON time, friendly, well done.

They cleaned the carpeted stairway of the building and the floors. At the end, I asked the cleaner to power wash the front of the house. At first he did it and it looked really bad. When I complained, he said he actually wanted to come back and redo it. Within a few days, he returned and cleaned the facade.

Fantastic carpet stretching work. Very pleasant to work with and was very flexible with scheduling. Would definitely recommend.

Carpets cleaned nicely with no supervision. Also cleaned hardwood floors. Recommended some good local general cleaners.

First of all, don't take my 4 stars to mean anything less "very good"; I really reserve 5 starts for a "wow". Having said that, the service I got from Friendly Carpet Cleaning was just great. They returned my call almost immediately after I requested a quote from the Home Advisor site, and was able to book straight away (today is MLK day). I have a pretty tall (and annoyingly narrow, wall-flanked) carpeted staircase in my condo, which still had stains from the unit's previous owners' dogs. It took the gentleman a little longer to get set up because of environmental conditions at my house (lots of tall flights to carry the portable cleaner up). But once he got started, got straight through the job smoothly. I'm pleased to report the stairs came out looking great. I'll be recommending this contractor to my HOA when it comes time to clean the building hallways in the spring.

You have to allow the furniture to dry for 24 hours. My sofa and kitchen tables chair look brand new. I would highly recommend this company and professional to others.

My tile floors look like when we first put them down. I did not think that was possible. Paul and his assistant were so sweet and professional. Arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend them. They will be back next week to do my carpets.

I just purchased this condo and was very worried because there were really horrid spot stains. Two other companies told me that they could clean the carpets, but these stains were permanent. Paul took his time, reviewed each stain, measured and gave me a great assesment. My carpet now looks brand new. I'm so amazed. Friendly Carpet Cleaning did a great job!!!! Paul even recommended a vaccum cleaner to help maintain the rugs in between the cleanings. I highly recommend this complany. Don't hesitate. Call them.

Great company to work with. They showed up exactly when they said they would, performed a very thorough cleaning, and took care to protect our property when cleaning. When they left the house looked like it did before they came. I highly recommend them for duct cleaning.

Outstanding! Paul, the owner/operator arrived on time and explained the process before he started work. My carpet was such a disgusting mess I actually thought I would have to replace it. Paul's cleaning exceeded all my expectations. Ancient pet stains disappeared completely as well as the nasty new ones. Forget about those other franchise carpet cleaners, AFCC is the only way to go.
