They came out for an estimate within a few days of calling, I was on the schedule within 2 weeks. They did a great work lifting a walkway and filling in cracks at a great price. Much more affordable than the little green car company.

They did an excellent job. Very professional job. They offered suggestions for other areas of the driveway that didn't need any raising but using self leveling caulk that filled some areas that needed to be filled.

Dan and Chad did excellent work. They explained the steps of the process and why it is done a certain way. They also cleaned up the entire area before leaving. I was left with 3 perfectly level sections of walkway! Bree in their office was great with scheduling and sending all pertinent emails. Just a great experience from start to finish!

We have a 45 ft x 18 ft concrete patio that is nearly 60 years old. As you might imagine most of it had settled into the house, dumping all that water right up against the house. I first got a quote from Mr. Level, they were nice, and the quote was reasonable. However, I had heard from a neighbor that he had a bad experience with Mr. Level, so I sent a quote request to JAG as well. JAG was quick to respond. I got a quote in less than 24 hours. Jack and Chad came out for the quote and I could tell immediately that they were more experienced than Mr. Level. The plan they came up with was far better and more detailed. The quoted price I was given was excellent. I accepted the quote the same day, less than a week later and the patio is done. Due to the complexity of the job, Jack, Chad, and Dan came out to plan and do the work. I watched the entire process, we had several slabs that had sunk more than 4 inches in places... Everything is now level with a nice slope out and away from the house. I couldn't be more happy with the job they did. Dan provided on site recommendations for further improvement based on his expertise as a concrete worker in addition to lifting the concrete. Chad also gave me advise on the best way to seal the concrete and what product they recommend. If ever I need concrete lifting at another property, I won't hesitate to hire JAG again. They were above and beyond helpful, and I couldn't be more happy with their work.

My poured front steps sunk more than an inch over the 23 years i have lived here. For "not a lot of money" they came and evened it up. It didn't take long and i can barely see where they drilled into the concrete. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very surprised at the speedy responsiveness that I received all through the process of working with this company. I received a response to my request for quote in 30 minutes, a visit within 48 hours and a quote in less that 24 hours. The crew that showed up were very professional. They weren't bothered by the rainy weather. They explained what they were doing and left my place looking like they had not been there.

Fantastic experience. Quote was very professional, addressed potential challenges and overall scope of the job. On day of the job, things went as expected. No negative surprises, the job was done very well and with risk factors taken into account. Outcome looks very good, and price was substantially lower than competitive quote from Mr. Level. My home will pass inspection now and no further damage to the foundation will occur thanks to these guys. I highly recommend them.
