We are experts in Foundations Inspections, drainage systems, sprinklers systems, land leveling, pavers, rocks, gravel, anything related to improve the landscape in your residence; and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular project and provide you with the best report nor repair plan is case you need it. In most cases, we provide an AutoCAD drawing of your residence to explain you clearly the results of the inspection, drainage systems and handyman task consider them done in the best way. "Thanks for your review! We apologize that you feel that way. Remember that we always follow a contract that has been reviewed and approved by the homeowner (in this case you). As previously discussed, the permit process fee was not included in the scope of this project. The process to pull a permit requires a license, which comes with a fee along with the project plan that we have already provided to you, not everyone has this license, and has a cost to the company. If you do not want to pay for it, that is completely understandable, but our business remains and keeps working within our contract. We hope you can find a solution to your problem, but we cannot overwrite our scope/contract just because. Thanks again, and have a wonderful day."
