Alex was very professional all the way. He kept us informed of each of the way and worked in a timely manner. He had to break out existing concrete and removed it, brought in roadbase and compacted it and installed rebar all through the area in every 2' both ways. Alex and his men did a professional job and we would recommend them to anyone.

I had AG Construction remove some cracked concrete slabs from my backyard patio and install new concrete in its place. Alex was very personable, easy to communicate with, and responsive. I was very pleased with the end product and would use him again in the future if the need arises.

The sidewalk slab adjacent to the bottom step of our front porch had cracked and partially settled about 1/2". Additionally the bottom step was approximately 12" tall instead of the standard 7" height. Myself and others had stumbled and almost fallen due to this discrepancy. Alex was the first to respond from HomeAdvisor and another site for contractors, and also said he would come give us an estimate the next day even though it was a Sunday. His solution was to install rebar into the existing porch and pour a new slab about 5" thick on top of the existing slab, thereby creating a new bottom step. His dollar figure was in the middle range of others we susequently received and his attitude and expertise were superior to the rest, thus we hired him. The project was completed shortly thereafter in a single day by Alex and two assistants. Construction of the forms had to be modified from normal due to PVC sprinkler lines running along two sides of the slab and only buried about 4" down. The results are better than we expected due to one crew member spending several hours after the pour in order to put a perfect finish on the surface in cool temperatures with no sun on the area. Needless to say, we will not only hire Alex for any additional work we need, we will very strongly recommend his company to anyone else requiring top notch concrete work.

Great work. He did a huge patch for me, that looked like a huge octopus, and his work is so clean that I can roll a marble across the floor. Now that's something.
