Andy and his team are true professionals

The service provider is prompt in returning phone calls and text messages. They arrived on time for the assigned project. The quality of their work was fine. However, the main issue with this company is a failure to disclose a $175 per hour charge for work. More specifically the problem we had was resolved in 5 minutes by the tech. The company attempted to charge us for the full hour. Upon complaint to the company that amount was reduced to $125. This amount is still less than fair in my estimation but it is appropriate to point out that they did try to work with me on the invoice.

Based on what was done, I will consider using them for future service.

Andy was very prompt in returning my call for a quote. We set up a time for him Ron come over and look at our job and he and his brother were very prompt and professional. Our job was a pretty simple install of an outlet, running o appropriate wires and mounting of a tv over our fireplace. He soured me on the spot and followed up with an email quote that matched. After etting up our appointment both Diego and Christian arrived on time and were very professional in that they wore show covers to it track any sort into the house and they covered everything and were very organized. Upon completion of the job they cleaned up everything as though they were never there. I would highly recommend AG Electric to anyone looking for professional, courteous, fair and neat and orderly electricians. 5-star was an understatement for our project. We will certainly call them again for future needs.
