They contacted me on Saturday and came out on Sunday. Unusual because I never expected this level of service since it wasnâ t an emergency. It didnâ t take him long to do the repair and I learned a thing or two while watching him.

Alex responded to my request quickly. He gave me a minimum quote via a message. I accepted this quote the next day and asked him to come and take a look to see whether he needed to adjust the glass shower door or track and what it would cost. He was able to come the same afternoon. He said the door was off the track and he ended up needing to adjust the height of the wheels. He said the cost was the same as he quoted earlier and no extra charge to replace one wheel. He was in and out within a half hour.

Responded to our request quickly and were able to fit us in same day. Once the tech was here he took his time with our shower in order to make sure that everything was fixed. He explained what was wrong to us and answered all of our questions. Very happy to finally have a functioning shower door!

If there was anything higher than 5 stars, I would give this guy. He's highly experienced and very courteous. He was prompt and he didn't waste my time. He was also very straight forward and truthful with me. I wish all service providers were like this. Above all, he was reasonably affordable. I would higher him again any day.
