Its a father and son company. The father does the work and the son handles the customer service. No matter how big the project is the father is doing the project by himself. The son made promises that he was going to send his father back out to finish the job or make a repair. He never came back and communication completely stopped.

The vision we had for our stone veneer siding, new front porch columns and sliding back door was laid out to the team prior to signing a contract… The price was agreed upon and off we went, although we noticed quite a bit of material left over and told it was for another job, hopefully we trust we didn’t actually pay for that material…. Communication started really well and at the start of the project, but ran into some “miscommunications” mid-way through that were easy fixes had communication stayed strong throughout…. The brands of materials discussed and what was then presented or installed didn’t match what was agreed upon, but ended up working out just fine…. Although not a deal breaker, it was certainly frustrating at times…. The clean-up could’ve been better upon the finish and removal of excess materials, we found lots of cement pieces and debris in our shrubs and front lawn throughout the rest of the Summer…. Ladders were stored on our lawn and in the Summer heat, which in turn killed it, so now dealing with trying to grow it back to health this year…. Overall, the end result of the product turned out as we had hoped…. The errors we encountered certainly wouldn’t keep us from hiring them again for future projects….

They do excellent work we had siding, trim, windows, roof, doors, gutters, canceled out 2 doors. They gave us a whole new exterior. The price was affordable and the quality of the work and materials were excellent! We have had many people stop and ask who did our work!

Great price, excellent work! The project was drawn in a timely manner. They installed a new sliding glass door and replace the interior casing around the door. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I would just like to feel secure. I did not get all of my keys.
