He has been thoroughly engaged in the project. They are still working on the original project and we have added a number of items for the future. Their work is careful and neat and the results excellent.

Very responsive, polite, professional, organized, and shows extra care for customer's needs. It's the lower bid comparing to the other proposal, and at the end I have to say that they have both quality and price advantages. The project got delayed for a couple of days due to unexpected staff out sick. The owner earnestly appologized, and they worked on weekend to finish the job, which shows a character that I don't see often among contractors these days. I believe attitude is everything, and I highly recommend them.

The ceiling, wall and exterior painting came out very nicely. Al and Justin showed up on schedule, performed their work professionally and clean up after themselves. As hidden issues arose throughout the process, I was informed and given repair options. Riverside also performed other work items such as installing a hand railing and replacing light fixtures. I would certainly use their services again and recommend them to a friend.

Riverside Restoration actually did more than just replace our roof, they replaced windows and siding too. Al at Riverside Restoration was extremely easy to deal with and he and his crew did an excellent job. We even have people stopping by to tell us how wonderful our place looks.

Riverside Restoration did a wonderful job. They exceeded all expectations. I not only got a new attractive paint job, my decks stained and tightened, new gutters installed, holes patched up, my outdoor electric outlets were also repaired. They completed other work as well. Such attention to detail was wonderful. Al Vars is courteous, hard working, polite and got the job done. I have now contracted Riverside to do more work on my house. I am one happy camper.

This was a small job (basement window and casement replacement) that other area firms didn't have any real interest in doing. Riverside Restoration (Al Vars) came to our home, evaluated the job, and gave us a fair price estimate. Al and his helper finished the job in one day. Excellent workmanship and absolutely no mess. I am considering a major project (taking out a wall between the kitchen and dining room and installing an island/cabinet combination). If we decide to undertake the project, Riverside Restoration will definitely be our choice for this job.

I am extremely pleased with the results and recommend them highly. The company's proposal was complete and covered all issues and possibilities regarding the scope of work, insurance, license and other items. The project included exterior painting of our house, doors, bulkhead, trim, staining three decks and some general repairs. The team was meticulous about the details. They noticed things that needed fixing, caulking or additional screws and just went ahead and fixed them. They were careful about using tarps and protecting our flowers and shrubs. They cleaned up every night. It was like they were working on their own homes instead of ours.
