Within a week the sod started dying, they came out & patched a tiny area, I sent them pictures of at least 10 other area's where the sod was dying, they would not come & look, would not answer or respond to my calls. NEVER EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. To this day the sod has never come back it is still all half dead!!!

Had them install an irrigation system and new sod for the entire yard. The sod was full of weeds and several sections died. I have a zone with an irrigation system that will not shut off only after one season of us, made several calls to come out, and repair with no luck. Terrible customer service

On the original install date, they did not come. I dont know if it was weather related, but they should have called. I waited most of the day for a phone call (called them left message). Didnt hear from them for a couple weeks. When we did connect, we set up a new date, which they kept. However, he did not show up until later, after I was not happy with the placement of the plants by his crew. They had to move things around to my directions. There were not enough plants for the places I asked to be done. When he did show up, he had to go back to the nursery for more plants and mulch. In the end, I paid a little more, but was happy with the final result.

A. Gonzalez Landscaping did not do what we asked them to do. They did not pull the weeds out of beds but weed ate them. They put mulch over this. Did not want to move front flower bed even though that was part of the agreed upon job. Did not pull grass from between decorative blocks lining the driveway. The men did not want to edge the driveway but did so at our insistence. Did not cut the suckers from trees all the way down, but left about 1 1/ above the ground. They told us they had overstayed the amount of time allocated for the agreed upon job for that amount of money. The job was bid on by them and accepted by us. We added nothing to the job. A. Gonzales Landscaping said nothing about a time limit on this job. Nothing was in writing; get all in writing from this company.

A.Gonzalez crew arrived as scheduled. They did everything I that I had requested and did a very good clean up

They did a decent job. I'm spoiled by my last lawn maintenance person who just retired.

I hired them to do our landscaping. I had actually drawn a picture of where I wanted everything to go. They didn't get it quite right. Some of the plants were off center where they needed to be centered, and there were some large gaps between some of the plants, making it look awkward. However, they did offer to change it. Also they did not communicate with me when their schedule changed. I had to contact them on two separate occasions to reschedule them because they did not show up or communicate. I finally told them I would have to go out for more bids if they did not show up the second time, and I finally got a response. They were the lowest bidder though. I believe I got the quality of work that I paid for.

They did what I wanted and will come back to do more work

These guys did a great job on a yard that was out of control.

This landscaping company left my yard and one of my gardens in horrible condition following the installation of two drains from my house to a ditch in front. They returned once to somewhat clean up a flower bed where they left clay and mud. Three times they said they would return to remove mud/clay from an area where they blocked the flow of rain from my side yard where I had the yard graded to the ditch. I ended up hiring someone else to open the flow of rain from my side yard to the front ditch. Where they dug ditches from the house to the ditch were left as mounds of dirt and seasonal dead grass. I do not see how it can even be mowed. I have a crew coming today to mow the lawn. We will see how it turns out. Part of a job is cleaning up!!!!

The cost to trim the tree fine. The extra cost to to take the trimmings away was more than expected.

Free estimate was adhered to, they were on time and the work was excellent. They even did a small tree that I told them we could do which was a very nice surprise. They're pricing could not be beat.

I had to monitor them on the first visit because I had grass left on my fence and part of the lawn was uneven because the used a weed eater in certain places and that just didn't cut it. They are doing better work now. It seems like there's always problems with lawn care maintenance. They're always in a hurry to move on to that next pay check. Or so it seems.

I hired Agustin for lawn care and we agreed on the things I wanted done and paid him $150 on 9/14/18. The work was not completed, every time I call them they tell me they will come and they never make it and they do not call me back, they have been putting it off for 3 weeks now. I so disappointed

I got 2 estimates from Gonzalez and Greentree and so I went with Gonzalez for the price. They did a great job, cleaned up and hauled it in the front yard because I didn’t want to pay extra for them to haul it off. I lucked out because heavy trash picked it up that same afternoon.

These guys did an amazing job! They trimmed 3 over grown trees and stacked up the trimmings on the curbside. They did a great job and I’ll use them to keep my trees shaped.

I would NEVER recommend this company. If you don't want to go thru the roller coaster I went thru, find anyone else. I hired and communicated with this company for lawn service, waited all day and they were a no show. Did not receive a call or text or anything informing me that they weren't coming. After I had to reach out to find out what happen, they showed up the next day. But it doesn't end there. I liked the work so I decided I wanted to continue with them and asked to speak with someone to discuss how things would be going forward. All attempts to meet, which I stayed home hours waiting for, were no-shows, no call, and no text. I finally got confirmation of my lawn service on Friday and they DID NOT show up once again. No customer service at all. Not worth the headache. Find someone else!!
