"Hey Eric, I am very sorry that you had a bad experience with my company. You were told that depending on the sq ft of the home you could be charged by sq ft. But we decided to just charge by the hr instead because it would've been more to charge by sq ft since your home was pretty big. And far as things not being cleaned I was informed that a walk through was done with my cleaner/cleaners which we usually do if the client is present. That is the best time to address anything you are/were unhappy with or would've like cleaned better. I've had my company for almost 7 yrs now and have never had anything besides a 5 star review. So this is alarm."
