I want to share my experience so others can avoid what happened to me. When I met with the sales representative, I clearly explained that I wanted a double gate on one side of my property and a single walk-through gate on the other side. Throughout my conversations with multiple representatives in the office, they repeated exactly what I wanted back to me, so I believed we were all on the same page. A contract was prepared, but here's where customers need to be extremely careful. The contract contained shorthand terminology and a vague drawing that was not clearly explained. I later discovered that what was discussed verbally was not reflected clearly in the written contract. My advice to anyone considering this company is to review every single line of the contract before signing. Don't assume that because you've discussed something multiple times, it's included in the agreement. If there's anything you don't understand, insist that they explain it in plain language
