This service request was scheduled on short notice as an emergency cleanup. There was initial confusion regarding payment confirmation and scheduling, which contributed to a delay in arrival. Despite this, we still proceeded in good faith to assist the client. Upon arrival, the client was not present at the property and instead provided instructions remotely by text message. Our crew completed the agreed-upon cleanup work based on those instructions before departing the site. We categorically deny removing or keeping any valuable plant material from the property. Our company has no reason or interest in taking client property, and accusations of theft or unethical conduct are simply untrue. "The sod installed for this customer was 300 sq.ft. and it included delivery and installation. We advised the customer about the proper care and maintenance of the newly installed sod along with the opportunity to hire our gardening services for his property for $140 per month for weekly service. He declined service. He said he would care for it with a manual push mower and he let the sod grow and grow and when he finally mowed it with a dull bladed man powered push mower he left the clippings behind which suffocated the whole area and killed the sod. We offered to reseed it for $250. Sod is a living organism and we advised him. We are sorry"
