We came home to a major pet accident and it was beyond the call of duty for our Hoover steamvac. I wasn't sure who to call so I went to servicemagic.com for the second time. A Greener World Cleaning Systems responded within a minute of when I clicked submit, and they arrived very shortly after that. Very professional and thorough service at a great price.

The guys who came out to clean the carpet were very personable and professional. They were also quite quick and the carpets dried faster than we expected based on information from other carpet cleaning estimates we got. Their prices were very fair and we would use their services again. They would have gotten five stars, but there was a scheduling mishap, and they missed our original appointment. However, they were very sorry when I called them about it and offered to come out right away.
