A.H. Maintenance

Six months ago I would have given AH Maintenance 5 stars. We?d used Armando and his crew for various jobs and he was reliable, congenial and did a great job Two of my neighbors used him as well. The irrigation system he installed in March was having problems and two weeks in a row, he gave me definite dates and times he?d come by but never showed OR called to let us know he couldn?t make it. After that he refused to answer my calls or texts and did the same thing to our neighbors. We know he?s getting much bigger jobs, but if he just finished up the problems we were having and said didn?t have time for us any more, that would have been OK. But ghosting is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. . Don?t hire this guy or you?ll be stuck with something you?ve paid for that doesn?t work.

Working with Armando was a very positive experience from initial contact to the completion of the job. He is very knowledgeable, takes pride in his work and is thorough in explaining his process. He offers fare reasonable pricing and stands behind his work. He and his crew of 2 did a great job of general clean up, removal of old tree cuttings & fire wood, trimming trees & shrubs of our sizable, slightly neglected backyard. Everything was left clean & tidy upon completion.

Wonderful service.

Armando and his guys did a terrific job. Easy to work with and offers suggestions that I hadn’t thought of. I highly recommended A.H Maintenance.

Armando is a great guy. Professional and made quick work of our large overgrown back and front yard. Highly recommend.

Very good experience overall. The quality of the work was great. Only point of contention is that the original quote was for $300 with pictures for reference, however after the in-person assessment, it was raised to $500 which seemed steep for a 3-man/2-hour project.
