When I first talked with Austyn on the phone, he said he charged $25/hour. When he came out, he said he charged $200 for a day no matter how long he was there (this is after he worked about 3 hours). Then this third time he was out, he charged $200 for maybe 3 hours of work. Austyn will not start working until 11am/12pm and cancelled or was late 3 of the 4 times he was supposed to come out. He never cleaned up after himself and would only do very basic work. Anything that needed some know how or finesse, he said was not possible to do. This 3rd time he was out he was here for maybe 4 hours and was on the phone for at least an hour of that time. And was an hour late. Despite that, he charged $220! I definitely do NOT recommend him.

Austyn suggested a different plan for the project than I had come up with. It took less time and was less expensive. I was very pleased with the results. Will call Austyn of A+ Handyman for future projects.

Austin did a great job! From the very start communicating and explaining the job. He laid flooring and put in a new vanity top and did an excellent job. Stayed with it until complete. Very polite and customer service oriented. Very reasonably priced .Will definitely hire again.
