He took the time to explain everything clearly and even provided a quote so I could plan and budget for the work down the road. Came out and looked around, I haven't heard back from them accept for a ton of emails trying to sell me a new unit or some expensive parts when I had just wanted a maintenance check. The guy that came up was rude and loud and trying to talk me in to getting a new unit.

We were having a problem with the fan on our furnace. Today is a holiday and we were afraid no one would be available. We only went online, filled out the text communication. (They actually check their text messages.). Then I noticed that we could make an online appointment, which I did. At 6:30 pm we had a knock at our door! Lee had driven over an hour to attend our heating problem. The membership was well worth it because we didn’t get charged for the service call and our issue was resolved. It was time for my electrical inspection which was scheduled promptly and technician AJ showed up on time. He was professional and answered all my questions and explain in detail the process he was taking in my inspections. I am very satisfied with A+ Plus Heating and Air and how the inspection went.

Scott was professional and beyond proficient! I had a couple of projects which he was able to provide an estimate AND do the work the same day.

I have used this company for many years. They check my AC units spring and fall, do repairs. I have purchased 3 different AC/ heat pumps from them and I have had my house vending replaced by them- needed after20 years. All were done will. Their maintenance program is expensive, my only complaint. But I highly recommend them.

Had a programming issue with my thermostats. Tech did well diagnosing and fixing the problem.
