JC called to setup a convenient time to perform repairs, and called while en route to my home to let me know the ETA. Found the problem related to my original request then accepted additional repair requests while onsite. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will remember this for future repair needs.

JC Chapman of a Helping Hand Construction came to look at my water damage and wood rot problem the same day that I called. He pointed out that an improperly installed gutter was the source of the problem and found more damage that I had not seen. When he and his helper came to the job they quickly went to work and did an amazing amount of work in one day. They returned the next morning to finish the job. What I have now is better than what was installed when the house was built. Even the neighbors have commented on how quickly they were able to fix the problem.I'd strongly recommend A Helping Hand Construction. These are the guys to hire.

It was a pleasure to work with A Helping Hand Construction. I needed structural repairs to my deck and sunroom. They quoted a very reasonable price for the work and stayed within the budget and schedule. They communicated very well letting me know each day when they would be arriving, leaving and the overall status of how everything was going. JC followed up on this job immediately once posted and again confirming when he was going to be on-site. He came prepared, even having materials with him that could be used. I was expecting him to just look at the job, but he was ready to do the work The repairs were completed in an excpetional manner. He even did some additional repairs while here. Price was very fair and a good value. Excellent service. Would highly recommend and would use again without hesitation.

JC and his helper Fredo did a splendid job on our project. They were personable and professional and handled all challenges that came up during our French Door installation. I appreciated all of the "detail" work that they performed that might have been skipped from other installers. I will definitely recommend them to others and will be using their services on my future projects.

"Hello, this door installation had a bit of a rocky start, we had a flat tire and unfortunately were not able to get to the site when promised, however several phone calls were made to keep the customer updated with our progress, once on the job, we were able to get their door installed in the amount of time expected. However they wanted to paint the door trim so we did not!"

Called within minutes of inquiry, They quoted same day and offered an honest estimate for the job. These guys were not pushy and seemed to take pride in their work. The job went well and I am very pleased with the results, and as an added bonus these guys are really entertaining. All their work came with 12 months warranty, not that I think I'll need it, but it's nice to have. I would recommend them to anyone.

He started the work yesterday and so far it looks really good. JC is very polite and professional. He communicates with his customers and works to meet their needs. One neighbor already grabbed him for an estimate after I told her he was doing great. Two other people have wondered what we had done since there was a large truck in our driveway all day! Another thing I appreciate, is he cashed the deposit check right away which allows me to reconcile my account. It is annoying when service professionals wait weeks to do this such as the man who took care of the squirrels in our attic in December. Great job, JC!

These guys were really professional. They showed up on time. One day they were running a little late because of traffic and called to let me know what was going on. They cleaned up after the job was done. I would hire them again without any question!
