We are a general contracting firm specializing in roofing and siding. Schedule of charges: Roof replacement estimates for owner occupants are complimentary. Roof replacement estimates for non-owners are charged a $150.00 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the bill for the roof replacement. Leak locating and repair estimates are subject to a diagnostic fee of $100.00. Actual repair costs vary depending on complexity of the repair.

Work was completed on time and as was expected. We hired for one reason but found a couple more items he could help fix. Overall good experience. Make sure you are at the home when workers begin to ensure they fully understand the work agreed upon.

This was the best roofing company ever. Honest hard working, and the Manager took the time to identify where the house had a leak. Checked to make sure the roof had the total L number of vents required by City standards, and made suggestions as to what will work better on my roof. I will recommend this roofer to all homeowners. Pricin was even better. Excellent workmanship.

I would highly recommend Bruce and A Home Expert, LLC, for any roofing or guttering work. He did excellent work on my house and I am so pleased with the results. On time, on budget. Weather was great so roof replacement progressed rapidly. I upgraded to a ridge/soffit vent and am very pleased with the work done on my home. They are one of the small companies in Wichita but are doing very good work! Don't overlook improvement project!

They made every attempt to do the job in a timely manner, and called to let me know when they would be here , until the job was completed. The roof leak was repaired and we are satisfied. We would recommend this company.

I was a cold call from out of state, and Bruce changed his schedule to get two roof repairs done for me before nine inches of snow came in the following day. I will definitely call Kangaroof again. Bruce was very professional and took his time to mail me pictures of the problems on the roofs. Very pleased!
