He started to put up my murphy bed at 9a and supposedly finished at around 2pm that day, but my bed hadn't come yet. So the next day, when my bed arrived, I placed it on the mattress and just sat down on the bed and the entire Murphy bed came out of the wall and fell on me. I have a huge bruise on my left thigh, a bruise on my left arm and a long cut on my right forearm going to my elbow from his horrible job that he thought was complete. I texted him about it, he faked concern and made it seem like he was coming over immediately to fix it but then hours later told me he would be there "tomorrow" at 1p. The next day at 12:30p he said he was on his way and I am still at home waiting for him at 2:07p and he still hasn't shown up. I had texted him earlier to make sure he would bring a stud finder and 2x4s with because I don't think he attached the bed to a stud because of how it fell on me and the entire bolt was covered in white drywall... only for him to text me back with an attitude saying "I will take a look at it and decide the best way to do it"? Clearly he doesn't know the BEST way ro do it if it FELL on me!
