I was looking for a new kitchen and someone recommended AID Home Remodeling. I contacted them through Facebook for a consultation. Aviel came to my house to discuss what I was looking for and took measurements. Very friendly and helpful guy. The price was within my budget which helped a lot. I would recommend AID Home Remodeling to anyone. A great family business who treated me well and were very helpful and supportive. I had a slight issue with one of the cupboards months after fitting as it wasn't closing properly. I contacted the business through Facebook and arranged for Aviel to come and check it out. Now it's as good as new. Great customer service. Thanks guys.

Their attention to detail, customer service and product quality is exceptional from start to finish. Each step flowed into the next and it was seamless. From the beginning phone call, AID Home Remodeling was different. The project manager understood the importance of the relationship and setting clear expectations. Rather than relying just on my personal layouts, their disciplined design consultation process documented my design preferences and included architectural designs, onsite structural assessment with sub-contractor evaluations, and product reviews along with elevations. Before one wall was demo'd, we knew exactly what we were getting into -- the element of surprise was minimized. This gave me a high level of confidence I hadn't felt with any other contractors. Very professional and knowledgeable as well as thorough and creative.

From start to finish they have been unbelievably professional and helpful in everything they have done. On top of that, they have transformed our small en suite from a cramped uninviting space to what we consider a five-star spa standard facility (with the exception of space). While we had an idea of what we wanted their insight brought the project home. Problems incurred were transformed into central aspects of the project such as piping existing under our shower tray when the lift was converted into a seat. Cannot speak highly enough of their work and have already referred them for another project.

I recently had my bathroom renovated by AID Home Remodeling. They took care of everything for me and were really creative and showed me how changing a few things with the layout on the new design, we would not only have a great looking new bathroom but also maximize the space in there too. The bathroom came up better than I could have hoped and the quality of the work done is A++. On another note, they were also very punctual and finished the job on time.

If I could give AID Home Remodeling 7 stars I would. They managed an end to end design and build renovation project for us faultlessly. Problems that inevitably crop up in building projects were swiftly and pragmatically dealt with. They took care to try to manage the budget and took real pride in making sure the finish I wanted was the finish I got. When you both work, having a Project Manager you can trust is so important and quite rare. Aviel was brilliant as were his entire team. We have ended up with a home to love and could not have done it without them. I would not hesitate to recommend AID Home Remodeling and especially Aviel and would use them again in a heartbeat. This is a review for AID Home Remodeling. After meeting 3 Different remodeling companies we found that there was a clear difference in the ideas, enthusiasm, and attention to detail that AID Home Remodeling offered. They had great ideas and we talked about various options that were open to us within our budget, which I found lacking with the others I met. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you want enthusiastic, quality ideas, great communication, and stress-free planning permission approval - then you need to go no further.

Once we had decided to get a new bathroom we rang several companies for estimates. AID Home Remodeling was able to come out in the evening as I wanted my partner to be there as well. Aviel of AID took all our suggestions on board to come up with a choice of practical and pleasing design. We were able to get a price on the spot and were surprised at how much we could get for our money. When it came to the fitting, after only a week of intense activity everyone agrees that the WOW factor we asked for is exactly what we got!

BEWARE of their post completion promises. I chose AID because they were competitive with pricing, their quality of work, and their commitment to taking care of any issues that arise from the jobs they completed. They completed my bathroom remodel 2 years ago, but a leak started in my master bath. I called them to have a look at the leak to ensure there is no damage behind the tile they installed. They asked to send pictures before they send someone to inspect the leak. I sent them over 3 months ago, and have repeatedly called their office for follow up. No response. If your sales person comes out for a bid, and promotes how they will fix any issues afterwards, it is a big, fat LIE! I have to spend more money to have another company come out and fix the shoddy job they did.

My experience with AID Home Remodeling is not one I would like to repeat. Workers were not on time and it took over 30 days to remodel a small bathroom. The quality of the workmanship was poor. The work was completed as promised to my complete satisfaction. workers were on time daily. The City inspector had no problem signing off on the work completed. I would have no problem recommending this company to a friend or relative. I will use this company again.
