I had Jerry out for a home maintenance inspection to curb any costly repairs from neglect or ignorance on my part. My home is only 10 years old, but my HVAC and roof will likely need to be repaired or replaced in the next five years or so. Knowing any other issues that I ll have to maintain or replace before it s broken will help me budget for those additional expenses. He was punctual and strongly urged me to walk with him during the inspection. This enabled me to visualize what he saw and and discuss what needs to be done to prevent those costly repairs. Provided a detailed and easy to read report with pictures for me to refer. I highly recommend AIM-HI for pre-purchase and home maintenance inspections. It will save you money in the future.
