"We are sorry that you are disappointed with our services. The original work was not done by our company, and did have some issues. We offered two services to fix this. The less expensive service was chosen to repair the issues. There was a chance that this could work. With this service there was no guarantee that the results would meet your expectations. This was discussed and agreed that if this service was performed and did not meet your expectations at a later date the other service would need to be completed. At this time that has not been done."
