Dan was not the first choice we made. We originally went with a different company the day before Dan arrived and they were scheduled to do our job almost a month later. All he wanted was a minute of our time and to discuss our project and to show us his work. We didn't even tell him what we were going to pay the other company and he slashed the cost almost in half and increased the square footage. We saw him on a Wednesday, he pulled our permits that following Friday, started Monday and the project was completed a week later. AMAZING!!! We need more work done to the yard and he will definitely be the contractor doing the work.

My deck was extended to meet my recommendation, the workers were very clean and cleaned up after themselves. The work was completed in a timely manner and the deck looks outstanding.

Daniel Ana was very friendly and professional. His company has done an outstanding job on my deck and patio. My yard is the talk of the neighborhood and several neighbors has already contacted Daniel for estimate. Dan and his crew provided a tremendous service. I hired Aim Remodeling for a deck project. Dan promptly set up an initial visit and was quick to follow up with proposed plans and a cost estimate. Of the 5 contractors Iinterviewed, Aim provided the most reasonable costs. With respect to changes, Dan had no problem turning a hot tub I had installed despite my earlier belief that it was ok to build a deck around it. With respect to communication, Dan Anna was by far the most responsive of the contractors i interviewed. This responsiveness lasted throughout the entire project. The quality of the work was outstanding. Hire this firm.

Dan Anna was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We were frequently out of town, and Dan was very flexible. He sent us regular updates with text message pictures showing progress. When we asked questions and changed our plan scope he worked the new plan through with ease and in a cost effective manner. Dan went out of his way to work with the County to pull the proper permits. I have too many good things to say to fit in this review. He completed each phase of the work ahead of schedule! We'll be having Dan over for a deck completion celebration barbeque this spring.

Contractor was extremely professional and personable. His portfolio included some impressive custom work. Even though my project was much simpler, it gave me confidence he could handle it. His team showed up on time, did high quality work, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Since I am in the commercial construction management business, I knew I had a true pro on my hands who cared about his customers and his reputation. I am extremely satisfied with the results and feel I got a fair price.

Our experience with AIM Remodeling and Dan Anna was a pleasure; Dan and his crew were professional, friendly, and reliable. Verbal agreements not documented in the contract were honored without hesitation and the work was done well and in a timely fashion. The attention to detail and pride in their workmanship was very noticeable and greatly appreciated. Job well done - I would certainly use AIM Remodeling again and have already recommended them.

The workers were good and cleaned up after themselves completely. The workmanship is good but it took several calls to get the final finished product but they did finally come out and did a very good job. I would work with this company again.

They have been great, we've made modifications throughout the project, some their ideas which made it better and some mine. Their costs are great, I keep getting compliments from neighbors throughout the project and I will probably use them again in the future.

We were very pleased with AIM. They were easy to work with, worked hard all day (though there were a couple rain delays) and had the project finished within about six days. It was the same guys each day. They explained what was going on. They were easy to work with when we had to alter plans slightly. I would use them again and recommend them. The sales were low pressure and we were not asked to wait until they had another local job as another company did. Our job was a small driveway, walkway and step resurfacing with handrail.

Great Deck, had some issues with install but AIM was great with resolving the issue. Some of the work was subcontracted out. In all the crew was very professional and provided good service.

They were the most responsive contractor company we heard from. We had one company not show up for the appointment we made. AIM called and confirmed their appointment and were very open to what we wanted and gave some great opinions to improve our idea. We look forward to seeing the finished product and enjoying what has been created.

First instinct was to run away. Always go with your first instincts. This was the biggest waste of money and time. Dan's motto of "Aim to Please" is false advertising. After repeated delays the crew finally got started on the patio. I had a contract for a Random pattern with three sizes of stone. I came home to find the patio half complete with one size stone and no design. After waiting for more stones to be ordered, the patio was complete. I had to wait numerous times for stones to be ordered. Next came the walls. Three times the walls had to be torn down and rebuilt, each time with more and more problems. First time there was big gaps between the stones. Very unprofessional looking. Looked like a weekend job an amateur would have performed. Second go at the wall, original blocks were reused with chipped stones and even more gaps. Neither time were the stones staggered throughout the wall design. Many stones were stacked in straight lines which made the wall very unstable. One whole section would have fell over had I not caught it in time. Dan promised another crew would be out to correct all the problems. I came home early to find the same crew that failed the first two times working on the wall. Constant lies from this contractor. Once I threatened to take Dan to small claims court, he sent another crew to fix the wall. There are still caps that are not secured to the base of the wall. Emails and phone calls have gone unreturned. I noticed in another one of the reviews that a customers stairs were not up to code. I brought this up to Dan and he assured me that my stairs would be up to code, if not he would fix them. If the stairs are not up to code, I'm not going to deal with this company any more.

The company president did the estimate, was flexible to my changes mid-project, and was willing to do extra work to get the job done right. Very quick project. Contacted mid week and the project was done the next week.

Took awhile to get railings and post in, but they made sure they received quality stuff. They got the job done quickly. Their works was 1st class!

Contacted me and came out to give a quote. Willing to work with my busy schedule. Completed the project in a satisfactory time frame. I was very satisfied with his work.

I would highly recommend Dan and his team with Peter. They were very professional and did an incredible job of building a patio. They even added a step outside my gate as part of the original price. They are great and I plan to tell my friends and family.
