Every aspect of experience From the estimate for replacing my furnace to the completion of the project was professional and excellent, Mr Nguyen explained exactly what he would do , the furnace and it’s efficiency I would get and he answered all my questions ( and I think I had a lot of questions) before the project started and throughout . They scheduled a date to install the new furnace and take the old one out and they came on time and finished the job within several hours - showing me features of the new furnace and thermostat and how to change the filter etc. I would highly recommend AirCool Plus
