I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRO Edgar and his team were amazing and I can't recommend them more highly. First up he is honest - he is no BS, no drowning you with terminology you wouldn't be familiar with, just straight-forward human discussion. Secondly, he listened - can you believe it! When he asked something he actually wanted my answer. Third, he was efficient - he set timelines, he met them, simple as that. Fourth, he communicated when needed - he updated me at key points or when I needed to make a decision, so not at every single twist and turn, with spammy texts and PDFs nor was it complete crickets, he has the comms temp right. Fifth, his work worked. Another thing its shocking we have to call out but with the HVAC space is filled with so many sharks, it's important to note his workmanship was successful and proportionate to the issue with no over-selling. Lastly, I think it's as important to note he is really nice dude - he is as he comes across: thoughtful, kind and polite.
