If you hire this company for regular annual maintenance on your A/C, do not expect them to clean out the drain line (like most professional companies do when they service a unit). Less than a month after they serviced both units in our home, the line is clogged and the owner refused (very rudely) to have someone come clear it and ensure her team did a thorough job which they did not, or the drain would not be clogged weeks after they serviced it. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your a/c needs, not just for the shoddy service they provide, but for the poor customer service and unprofessionalism of the owner as well.
