    Courteous, fast, on time. Great job with the install. Broke some of the vinyl siding drilling through the wall. Only solution they had was to patch it with white duct tape so not thrilled with that. No surprises, stuck to the quote.

    Upon arrival which was several hours late after taking the morning off the day was wasted(was phoned about it) strike one. First time meeting anyone from this company and I could immediately tell this was not my type of company. It felt like getting your oil changed and having a tech ask 49 dumb ass questions about filters and things you have never heard of being charged to you. It would seem the company NOT the techs train their employees to maximize profits while sacrificing that family feel of being taken care of. I would not recommend this company based on that experience alone. The tech was very young and eager to earn which I understand and get i do not fault the techs it is the companies philosophy of forcing furnaces on what they thought was an uneducated customer.

    The work was scheduled and carried out within one day of signing the contract. However, I was promised that a NATE certified technician would be doing the installation, and this did not happen.

    Modern A/C can use existing forced air heat setup. We did not need downstairs AND upstairs A/Cs (2 zones). 2nd floor of McNeil colonial is really cool. Keeping it at 70 might be a tad chilly for some. Whole process, from initial sales call to setting date for install to install and followup went very smoothly. Solid, knowledgeable electrician, two very good, polite installers and Nat the salesmen were all great. Price was very decent. Install was done in one day, and everything was cleaned up, including digging out a couple of old plants where they set compressor. My wife and I highly recommend AIR, Inc.

    This company is so responsive and helpful. They come when needed and answer all my question. I am so glad we found them. They have helped with repairs and replacement. They have found ways to do some difficult things in our quirky space. They have made things better and safer for us. Passing our inspection by the building inspector was easy because of their good work. They do all they say they will do and in the time frame set. Every worker I have met or talked to has been terrific.

    The only bad thing was, I was told an electric out let would be place on the side of house but the electricion did not put one in becamuse I had one in the back of house. Didn't get credit for it so not sure if there was miscommunication ?
