Do not hire. He took payment of 400.00 and did not do any work. I stopped the payment with my credit card.

They walked in looked at my vent. Went back out to truck never came back

The repair person was good and very nice, however, he did not have his machine so-called the office for me to provide my credit card info. He was here less than 20 minutes, and I was charged $250. I told my daughter about the charge and she called the office and wanted to know how much a service call is and they told her $95. She then told them how much I was charged and they said they changed ignition and other parts. I told her they did not change any parts as I was sitting right there watching. They have since refunded the extra money. I am in my 80s and she felt they were charging more as perhaps I would not know any better. Again, liked the repairman, but was not happy with the office. I will not ever call them again.

Ray showed up on time. He gave 9-11 am time frame. Very knowledgeable and inspected and cleaned my ac unit and inspected filter. I am recommending him to a friend of mine next week. I did a search on Sunday night and within 5 minutes of me posting what I needed Ray responded that same evening. That is what I like. Someone available anytime.

These guys are hard working professionals who did an excellent job removing my old heater and installed the new one. Thank you gentlemen
