They were prompt, prepared and friendly. Service Magic itself kept calling to make sure we were updated on arrival, etc, Worker was neat, knew what he was doing and (no offense to anyone) I was able to talk to him and understand everything he was saying. He checked entire system and found several major items not working and had the equipment to replace.

I am very pleased with the new Carrier A/C and heating systems installed by Air Specialist. Their sales rep was the most knowledgeable of the sales people with whom I met and hence I felt they were the best qualified to install the new systems. Their pricing was competitive and the work by the installation crew was excellent. I very highly recommend Air Speciaist to anyone wanting to have new systems installed. The units are working very, very well.

Had great service from the sales person. Now 3 months later not so much. Our roof that was not leaking around the furnace flue before now leaks and their response is that it is not their problem. But please pay $69 service call for us to tell you that.

Air Specialist did an excellent job. They were at our house quicker than anyone else estimated. They finished the job in one day. And two weeks after the job, when a tree fell on our roof, they came out free of charge to reinspect the work. I would personally recommend them to everyone. Thanks Dustin.

The two crews showed up on time, they got started and were very professional, each person had their part to do. I watched them work for a while and they were very skilled in their jobs, they worked, took down the old air system and assembled the ducts and air boxes to the new system in record time it was truely something to see. There were a couple of items that were discussed the day before with the sales rep that were not communicated to the crew but when i mentioned it to them they reworked the items just as i asked They completed the installation very quickly and did a great job they left the jobsite cleaner than it was prior Great Crew!

Technician Mike arrived promptly. He determined the problem with my A/C right away and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He was polite and professional, will call them back if I have any future problems. Very satisfied with their service.

The work I believe is good, but I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. They dont seem to communicate well within this company, resulting in a series if mistakes between the analyst who came out to evaluate our problem and make the recommendation, and the actual workers who arrived to install. Mistakes happen, I realize, and would have liked to arrive at high marks on my recommendation, but the president blew it ... initially tried to correct issues (once we finally got to him), but then as we continued to try to regain confidence in his company through the day, we felt he lost it and became threatening in his responses.
