Who said that? The sales guy? Iâ ve been texting him heâ s no help. I have called the service dept 3 times last week at which point I picked the first available Appt which is Tuesday the 22. I called the service dept twice today in the morning and 10 minutes ago. She said she couldnâ t get anyone out there before my already scheduled Tuesday appt. But if I called back and and requested the emergency they might be able to get out there that day. So I just called her and asked if I could get on the emergency list this evening. She said no I would have to call Sat morning to get on emergency list.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

I had gotten a few quotes from other companies and choose Airtron. They costed a little more but for the quality of the install and labor warranty the peace of mind is worth. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.
