They did a great job on replacing my duct work. They cleaned up everyday so it look like they were never there. Worked very hard and explained what they were doing each day. If they came across any problem it was brought to my attention. Finished the job on time! With the weather being so hot is was nice to get my air-condition back on line.

What helped me seal the deal was the straightforward honesty of the salesperson. He broke down the costs to a per duct price, which made complete sense to me. He also was able to squeeze me in the next day, which was a Saturday on the 4th of July weekend. Things were not looking good when they were short one duct and unable to find that duct anywhere. I was told by the manager, Omar, that he would look for it everywhere and get back to me later that day, Saturday or Sunday. I thought for sure I was getting the run around and would not have that duct until Tuesday, after the holiday. Sure enough, Omar called me later that evening saying he was still looking for the part. We were out, so I told him to not worry about it until Sunday. He called me Sunday morning stating he had the item, and would install it. Just like his word, he came on out and installed and we were back up and running before it got hot again. You can trust that this company has your back, and maybe things don't go perfectly at first, but given my experience, they are on it and their word is gold.

The online ad cited a basic charge of $65, but I was informed before the visit it would be $95, to which I said OK. We had a foreign object blocking our dryer vent. It took the technician 15 minutes to remove it. We were charged $260. Highway robbery! Never again. That's more than $1,000 per hour.
