Same day repair and replacement of all equipment needed for the job. They did beat all quotes I got. Very professional crew. I was informed via text about repairs and cost. I hired Ken to service my 15+ year old A/C unit. He was very professional and showed up on time. He checked my entire system, including up in the attic on a hot day. Cleaned the coils, checked all the electronics and felt I was in pretty good shape overall. The air still blows cold and it is important to build a relationship with a professional you can trust. His prices are fair and I highly recommend him.

I called Ajax to service my 20+ year old unit. Ken answered my call, and came out immediately! I was afraid he was going to tell me to replace my unit… I didn’t have the money to do that.. I didn’t even have to tell him that. He explained in detail what was going on with my unit, replaced the recommended parts… and got my unit running so much better than it has ever worked since I’ve lived here! He even took pictures so I could see what he was talking about, and said with the annual plan, he could monitor the unit and keep it running as long as possible for me! Honestly!? Who does that?
