Did not repair dryer. Refuses to return phone calls. Came out once, did not put front panel back on correctly. Second time he came out still did not fix and left vent off.Now wont return calls at all.

Started working with this repair service on 12/29. Technician came over, was very cordial, told me I needed new rocker switch. Paid for the service call and a down payment on the part needed for repair and on April 20, my ice machine is still not repaired. Was told that they would call me back on multiple occasions and they never did call back. Now, they won't even take my call or return messages. I do not like to leave negative feedback but I went well beyond what I needed to do in order to give them a chance to rectify the situation. I would not recommend you use a company who refuses to provide good customer service.

Came and worked on our dryer. Won't say fixed our dryer because after replacing some parts, charging us, two days later it broke again. Called and left messages in addition to emails (which they responded to when we started the project) for two weeks before giving up. Got a second opinion, they said repair should never had been attempted it was going to be better to buy new. I wouldn't recommend AJ's to anyone, they basically do not stand by their work guarantee and their customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. From the lack of callbacks to the inability to schedule a service time.

The job was done in a timely manner, but the price was on the high side.

AJ Appliance repaired our dishwasher. We are very happy that it is working again.

Had to wait for first part, ok. Then part was installed and problem was still there. They installed another part that took a week to get, did not fix problem either. Repairman did not use a repair manual when he didn't know what was wrong. Insisted that 2nd part was all it could be, well it isn't. Now I will search for a certified repairman, it may cost more, but at least it will be fixed. I have been without a washer for two weeks now.

Fast response to service call. Was able to get my dishwasher fixed the same day. The only problem, my dishwasher still needs repair because after the one problem was fixed, it made a loud noise when in the cleaning cycle. Hope to have them back out soon.

I would use them again. Waiting for parts to come in was the only drawback.

AJ Appliance was competent, kind, and had extensive knowledge/experience in the field. They came as scheduled, reviewed the situation and was able to determine the cause of the issue immediately. Due to the holiday, the replacement part was delayed by one day. No problem with that, as AJ Appliance communicated this change in the timeline. My appliance is running just fine now. Prompt courteous service. Great job.

They called immediately after I contacted Service Magic and came the next morning, exactly when they said they would. Charged me $50 and were in and out in 25 mins. Also gave us some tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. Great service all the way around and very reasonable. Sears wanted $130 just to show up!!

Three days before Christmas and our oven dies. I went to Service Magic after 5pm and within minutes had an appointment scheduled for next day AM with AJ Appliance. Even though they were unable to get the part in time for Christmas, they did try to see if they could get it that day. Oven was fixed right after Christmas and fixed quickly.

Tech diagnosed problem same day we called, collected payment and promised to install needed oven part next day, but did not reappear or follow up with us by phone for over two weeks. Finally made repair after our phone calls.

He came out on the same day and even in the evening due to our work schedule. He fixed the dryer within 30 minutes. By far the cheapest, when you compare him to other service call estimates.

He was excellent and very reasonably priced and did a good job!
