"I regret the fact that our customer was unsatisfied with the bill received. I tried to make it up to them by offering to complete other tasks they wanted done at no additional charge. Customer satisfaction is something I strive for and wanted them to feel like they got their moneys worth. I did price the job with other businesses in the area, and based on the three trips at 64 miles one way and the added project of an additional freezer on arrival, we were told that we under priced by 4 to 5 hundred dollars. The customer was a pleasure to work for and I regret that we were unable to come to an agreement."
