To seal plumbing vents on my roof I was charged $475.00 I thought this a bit much. I needed parts of my fascia and chimney siding replaced. I ended up hiring a contractor that I had hired before to do the work. His name is Keith De Luca. Boomerang construction. Hes from Austin.

Worked quickly and got the job done with no problems

Documentation was never provided for the quote. Additionally, the warranty and maintenance documentation werent provided until I told them I wouldnt pay unless I got them in writing.

Roofing Replaced: Andrew is very knowledgeable about roofing and materials. Quoted a excellent price on a two story with high peaks and several valleys. Communication was excellent. His Team was very punctual in the morning and worked until sundown. Ate lunch in front yard, unlike some contractors disappearing for a couple of hours. Excellent cleanup after completion. Would hire him and his team again and recommend this Contractor.

Communication was excellent. When i asked for an estimate they came over in the pouring rain, and didn't rush looking and deciding what was needed even though it was miserable outside. Then the workers were great, when i had a question they were more than happy to take time out and explain what they were doing and why. I had my trim replaced to to dry rout and now it looks great!

Prompt and courteous service. They arrived as promised, performed quality work, and cleaned up afterward. I will definitely hire again!

Hired this company for a small siding repair job. Andrew and Danny were very responsive. I received a call from them within minutes of submitting my request. They came out same day and didn’t make me wait a couple of days and then not make their scheduled appointment. Very nice and professional individuals who do great work.

Andrew Brinegar and his company, Brinegar Roof and Paint, do high quality work, they keep you informed throughout the process, and they stick to the timeline/schedule they communicated. We actually hired them for a full rehab so Mr. Brinegar served as the general contractor who managed an entire, full blown, $65 per sf rehab...The result is great; hire them folks! I wish I could post pics here to show you (you can view them on our FB or IG @FixerUpper4Cash) how top-notch their work was!

My roof was worked on very quickly and I liked that very much. Very professional. I would hire them again. The repairs were started early and finished early as well. It has warranty and if I still have a leak they are willing to take care of it.

Found overall experience extremely pleasant. I had a few shingles fall off the roof recently and wanted it taken care of before any real damage occurred. Vincent made contact almost 10 minutes after my inquiry through Angies List....and from that point on, everything went like clock work... scheduled an appoint and estimate, he arrived on time, and gave me more than a fair price, compared to others who came by... would definitely hire this company again!!!

Hard to get initial appt but after that it went well

The team from Brinegar coordinated an earlier appointment than Home Advisor setup due to upcoming storms. They bid a fair price for the work, showed up on time with a full team, and repaired the roof. They provided good input for future issues the roof may have but did not apply any pressure for more work. The roof was is a concrete tile with drainage issues. Brinegar cut away the bad OBD and stopped the leak before structural damage could occur. His team sealed the repair, replaced the tiles, and altered the flow so this won't happen again. You have to know where they replaced the trim because it matches the home perfectly.

They were prompt in returning our request for help. Scheduling was easy. They showed up on time, got the job done in fixing our roof, flexed to accommodate a second request for sealing other parts of the roof, and were prompt, timely, courteous, and very professional as they took care of our repair needs. Very impressed!

Andrew called back immediately after finding out it was an emergency roof repair and came out the same day to inspect and give an estimate. Although on the high side on price from what I expected, they did excellent work and were very quick to complete the exterior roof repair. I would recommend their work, but get other estimates to evaluate. I would hire again, after competitive estimates, due to work and customer service.

Affordable quality work

The service and responsive was outstanding. They made sure we understood what was to be done and why. I would hire them again.

I contacted Mr. Briengar for roofing leak repair. Based on his professional assessment ( and I trusted him), he indicated that my leak was caused by damaged flash-counter-flash. He quoted me 1200.00 for the repair + lifetime warranty. He came to my home to repair the roof and it took him maybe 1 hour to finish the *job.* a few months passed and during the raining season, the leak was back in the exact same place. I contacted Mr. Brinegar and he agreed to come and make additional repairs, he came by my home two more times and assured me the issue had been resolved. again, a couple of months passed and my leak was back. I tried to reach out to him but was unable to get a hold of him so, I found someone else to come and check out my problem... and...guess what!!! there was a large hole, baseball size, in my roof that he somehow missed. The contractor I higher sealed the hole, replaced several tiles and charged me 500.00 (This was a lic/bonded contractor)... he also implied that 1200.00 for flash counter flash was a rip-off. I reached out to Mr. Brinegar for feedback but have yet to hear from him... I trusted Mr. Brinegar and feel like I was taken advantage of.
