The Phase 1 Environmental Report is very detailed with history not only of the subject land but all land in the area that may or could have had environmental issues. The firm is more customer oriented explaining exactly what they are looking for and why. Possible issues and remediation suggestions are recommended. They were also considerably less expensive than other companies providing the same services and report. I would recommend this firm to anyone needing Environmental Reports.
