Very proficient. Excellent service.

I hired him to disconnect a dishwasher and after he did the water was still running through the line and it was leaking and he came back to fix it and it is still leaking. I told him to cut the water off and he said he did but when I looked there was still water under it.

Excellent. We will certainly use them again.

Mr Fulton seemed busy and preoccupied with other matters. On several calls, he had to reschedule due to his personal affairs.

After trying for a month to find someone to do a small but nessasary job, Dominique called, made a visit when he said he would, gave a reasonabe quote, came to complete job when he said he would, for the quoted price and did an excellent job.

Took 8 hours to cut and install a door and the edges are not straight. Not completely satisfied.

William is a very nice young man. I regret having to give him a negative review. He installed a storm door for me. I like William and would love to use him again but based on my experience with him I won't be able to use him or refer him. Maybe storm doors are not his area of expertise. Pros: 1. He went to Lowes and picked up my storm door. 2. He continued to come back until I was satisfied. 3. He uses PayPal invoicing so I was able to finance my project. 4. William has a very nice demeanor. I think his goal is to satisfy the customer. 5. He hauled away the old storm door. 6. He worked with me on the price since I was not satisfied. Cons: 1. He had to come back out several times. 2. He was late for our 8am appt that he suggested he didn't call to let me know he was going to be late and when I called he did not answer. 3. He didn't clean up behind himself. I am not sure if I can blame him but I had to pick up nails in my drive and also had to get my tire plugged. 4. I complained about cleanup and his partner vacuumed my front step. 5. I finally had to send him a video on installing the storm door. 6. The retaining strips to hold the glass in place have come down after only a few weeks. 7. My frame around my door looks worn and will have to be painted.

They were very accommodating and made the repairs of the brick work in a timely manner given the damage. The price was right.

William's workmanship and service was efficient and professional. I would use AJ Fulton's services again. It was just weird to hear someone who was not part of the business answer the phone when I called - Andre or Erick (whoever answered the phone mid-call) recovered from that mishap pretty quickly though.

Andre came out & evaluated the situation. He told me that I needed a new washing machine. I appreciated his honest evaluation.
