Highly recommend Alex and his crew. Our project morphed from a simple clean out to a clean out, a move of a few items, and then a partial clean out of a storage unit. Alex responded immediately with new quotes as the job changed. He and his team of three helpers showed up on time (15 minutes early). They worked quickly on the junk items but carefully wrapped the antiques. They worked cooperatively with each other and genuinely seemed to like each other and Alex, gaining our trust that they cared about the job. Lastly, Alex underbid a national company for this job by a few hundred dollars so I know we were treated fairly on the cost. And what he said we'd have to pay is what the final invoice showed so no surprises there.

I appreciate that the job was done, and that my initial inquiry was followed up on. I also appreciate that when I asked if there was wiggle room in the quoted price, that I was given a lower price. However, I don?t like being kept waiting when I hire for a service. They arrived two hours past the quoted window. I specifically asked for the earliest time to (hopefully) be the first pickup and not have to contend with delays. In spite of being scheduled for an 8-9am pickup, they did not arrive until a just after 11am. Additionally, I planned to use a credit card as that was one of the options provided to me, but when I indicated this to the movers, they indicated they had to call so I could be sent a link. They tried calling and texting but no answer. Rather than wait, they asked me to pay by Zelle which I was not prepared for. Had I not had the cash available, this would have been a problem.

We couldn't be more satisfied with A&J Last Mile. From the promptness of Alex's initial quote (great pricing), his frequent communications, and the flawless couch removal process his team provided, we highly recommend them!

They did a very good job of removing a refrigerator from our premises. The two gentlemen removed the doors to make it easier to move the refrigerator form the second floor to the front door exit. The refrigerator was removed in a quick and timely fashion. I highly recommend this company for big appliance/junk removal. Thank you. Edward.
