Because they got good reviews, I called AJ Locksmith to fix my back door - the knob wouldn't turn and the door couldn't open. Big mistake. A repair was scheduled for the next day. A man, who said he was a contract worker for the company, told me the problem was the strike plate, which he slightly adjusted. He then charged me $210, saying there would be an additional 3% surcharge if I used a credit card, but no surcharge if I used Zelle. I was not given or e-mailed any receipt. So, over-priced and poor customer service. Not a company I would recommend.

Adam called me that same day and we made an appointment for Monday at 2:00 p.m. He called me around 12:15 because he could be there earlier and we agreed to meet.
