Andy came out and got on the roof to get an accurate measurement for his quote. We decided on Modern Roofers due to his honesty, communication and quote. Once we selected an install date bad weather (rain) moved in for a few days. Andy called and we rescheduled to a date that worked for us. They had the old roof off and a new one on in 2 days. Then they did a very effective nail sweep along the driveways, front entrance, and back of the house to prevent any stray nails from winding up in a car tire. I would recommend Modern Roofers for their professionalism and the quality work they did on my house.

We had them do extensive flat roof repairs. We had some delays due to weather. Their pricing was better than the other companies we had come out. Work looks great. Able to work with homeowners association.

Modern Roofers did a great job, I highly recommend. My 4 flat building got 5-6 different quotes to repair our spotty leaky roof, the quotes ranged from complete tear outs with a new roof to patch work in soft spots with new pipe flashing. Modern Roofers provided a re-roof option where 3-4 weak spots were repaired, removed the limestone caps and then installed a new rubber membrane over the entire roof wrapping. Andy did not added to the quote with regards to the Included warranty, we're installing a roof deck next spring so a warranty is critical. The job was still done very thoroughly even though it took about an extra 2 days. I checked on the project and I was glad to see high quality material was used, much better material/craftsmanship than our old roof.

This company is very dependable and worked with us to make sure our project was done to our satisfaction. Andy did a great job of coordinating all aspects of our entry addition and reroofing project. Finished project on time and very much to our satisfaction. Work crews were polite, job focused, and cleaned up every day. I will use Modern Roofers for future projects.
