I booked an appointment and they never showed up. I called about a half hour after the allotted 2 hour window and the person who answered the phone had no idea why they didn't show. He felt so bad and apologized profusely so I gave them another chance and rebooked for the next day. They arrive with just 15 minutes to spare on the two hour window.

They called me right away once I submitted the request through Home Advisor and arrived the next day. Work was done quickly. My questions were answered and they will remind me in three years to have my septic cleaned again. Can't ask for more than that! Not sure of the value for the money, did not price around.
