Alex was great. He responded quickly, came to give an estimate and was ready to do the work within couple of days. We hired him to clean and fix gutters and leaders, power wash and seal our pool patio with travertine tile and our driveway and walkways with Chicago bricks. He knew exactly what needs to be done and recommended appropriate sealers for each type. He also did a great job cleaning our old coral wall in from of the property. Reasonably priced, very customer centric and eager to do the job well. Will definitely use ANJ again when needed and recommend their services to others.

after doing my own pressure washing every couple months, I finally decided to get a professional to see if they can do something longer lasting. Alex was quick with the reply, came by for a quote and told me he could start that week. We discussed what it was that I wanted and some of the challenges I had specific to my home. We selected a great sealer and his team came and did a great job! I will be calling him again to do my roof shingles. Highly recommend.

Alex did a poor job of pressure cleaning my driveway of brick pavers and then sealed the brick pavers. This is a brand new home and there were some paint drops on the pavers , So instead of calling me and bringing this to my attention he continued to seal over the paint drops. When I arrived home i texted with Alex and his response to me was I did not tell him about the small paint drops, Naturally I replied are you kidding me , You couldn't at least try to use a scraper to remove some of the paint drops ?? Also my sidewalk in front of the house had some tire marks from a Bobcat because the neighborhood is brand new. I would have thought since Alex had his pressure washer out he could of simply cleaned the very sidewalk he was standing on. Basically Alex needed his HAND HELD during the entire process. The job was performed very poorly, There was zero effort put into the task.

Before hiring AJ, make sure you go over your expectations and find out if he will do a through job. There were paint droplets on the driveway he powerwashed before sealing but did not remove paint before sealing. Has not returned calls since and has ghosted us.

Alex was 100 percent on top of explaining his service and the products he would be using for the job of stripping and resealing my pavers. He put togther a service agreement for the work to be preformed and all associated costs involved to get the job completed in a timely manner. Alex is by far the absolute best person for getting your job completed with professional results. No B.S. just straight forward business as it should be down here in South Florida.
