Service Tech Ed DeMore, who had originally installed our tankless water heater, responded and realised the unit had to be reset and recalibrated after an error message caused the unit to stop and not restart during the snowstorm of last Monday. He had us up and running in just a short amount of time. Eddie is an excellent and knowledgable employee with a great attitude. He is very pleasant and we hope A. J. Perry realises what a great asset they have in Ed.

Tankless Water Heater Installation
I needed to have the hot and cold shutoff valves replaced in the laundry area, Two other plumbing companies quoted me prices higher and said the wall had to be cut. Chris from A.J. Perry arrived and said he might be able to replace the valves without cutting the wall. He did, in fact, replace the valves without cutting and wall. Chris was the nicest service person I dealt with in a very long time.

I called the service, they came, they took 137 dollars to come, they just checked, the boiler is working, only the cable connection is wrong, they wanted 550 dollars for 20 minutes, the part etc. will not be changed, I said I had to pay, ok, they still did not contact me, I called again, I would never recommend such expensive service, it is the first time I have seen it, it is a disgrace Only the tip of the cable in the picture will change.

Their price was a fraction of what we were quoted by Roto Rooter for a simple snaking. The job was done in a few minutes and we are satisfied with the service.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Robert Kula came out with helper Jason Valles to remove and replace my water heater. Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. They both provided my with excellent service. Not to mention, the price was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.
