The got back to me that afternoon within minutes and had someone out there the next day. After trying to repair the drain myself we realized it was a bigger job. They actually figured out that we can knock through a wall in a downstairs closet to reach the pipe, instead of tearing out the tile. That saved us hundreds.

The plumber came right on schedule. He was easy to talk with, explained the situation with our hot water heater, and worked with his company to get us the best replacement at the best price. He even set up the warrantee rebate process for us. He left the basement clean after all the work was complete.

They were quick to respond to our inquiry. They began the work soon thereafter. The work took weeks to finish with many work days lasting only three - four hours. The work was done well. However, the bill was high for the work completed. The material list was vague and very costly. Recommend them? We leave that for you to decide.

These guys are amazing ! I had 4 plumbers try to address continually backed up toilet. They spent hours trying to figure out the source. They are professional, exttremely knowledgeable and cost concious. They fixed an ongoing problem saving me cost and time. They are the best!

Other reviewers commented positively on Jimmy and Joe, and I can certainly add my name to their list of fans. Their estimate for replacing my hot water heater was only slightly lower than the others Id gotten, but what impressed me was how truly nice and accommodating they were. The work was done promptly and cheerfully. I know one doesnt hire a plumbing specialist for their cheerfulness, but it was certainly a nice bonus! In talking to Joe afterwards, I was pleased to learn that, aside from being a plumber, hes also a licensed general contractor. Ill certainly get estimates from him for any future project. And, without question, AJ Plumbing has become my new plumber!
