contractor was unable to provide proof of service, they damaged the property, left and then sent us a bill for more than what we had agreed on, when we tried to contact them about our issues they refused to respond

Jorge and his crew did an excellent job for us at our son's house recently. It was a huge job - converting the old septic system to Cobb County Sewer. In addition to running and connecting the necessary lines to the city sewer tap, all the plumbing under the house to the main sewer line was replaced according to current codes. The yard was restored from the digging, the old septic tank was filled and all the debris was collected and removed from the premises. At the end of the day , the initial estimate was what was billed. We would highly recommend this company. They were responsive and thorough in all respects of getting the job done.

We had an underground pipe break and our water had to be shut off.. We called them at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday and they came right out. They had to locate where the pipe was that was broken, which involved a lot of digging. They were able to repair it and we had water by 8:00 p.m that same night! Excellent work and reasonably priced!!

I tried using another source (An...'s list) originally, but found if I cross-referenced reviews on other sites, the one's with "great" A ratings, had lots of not-so-great ratings outside of A's list, plus the prices of all these big-name companies had ridiculously high prices. I discovered home advisor and found A&J plumbing with much more reasonable plumbing. I called and spoke to Jorge, he listened to my problem (kitchen sink drain clog) and talked about the possible causes and was very straght forward and helpful. We agreed for him to come the next day. He and his partner arrived the following day, and within an hour were able to snake the drain, unclog it, and make all the necessary repairs. I had tried EVERYTHING on my own previously (including trying to snake it myself), and was very pleased to have this finally fixed! In short, if you want a plumber who is honest, hard-working, and reasonably priced, A&J plumbing is the way to go. If I have other plumbing troubles in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again.

I completed the Home Advisor form, and he called me within 5 minutes, and he scheduled me for the next morning at 8:00. He called and asked if he could come 30 minutes EARLY-of course!! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and nice and worked quickly. I even had a faucet that I wanted replaced, and they waited in their truck while I went to Home Depot to pick it up so they could install it. They were amazing, and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I highly recommend these guys! They really worked hard to find the problem, which was a broken pipe in our front yard that leads to our septic tank. They were fast, courteous and professional.

Scheduled to have Jose at my house at 9:00 am this morning and he showed up 40 minutes early (this worked better with my schedule). Him and his assistant completed two jobs I needed done in 30 minutes and price was actually lower than his original quote. I now have a plumber for future work and will be recommending A&J to family and friends

Just as before, A&J was right on top of it! I dispatched them to a different property that we manage and they were just as efficient and professional. A&J is my plumber!

Jorge was very prompt and came exactly when he said he would. He figured out the problem and was fixed it all within 15 minutes. He also replaced a few piping components that were broken or about to break at no cost. I will definitely be using him again in the future! I found my plumber!!!!!

did a great job. ended up letting them replace a long stretch of cast iron pipe instead of just clearing it up since the pipe was almost forty years old. they were fast and effiicient and affordable. did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame they gave.
