Great Experience! My wife and I live in Atlanta and we hired Anthony at AJ Property Restoration to work on a mold remediation project for us. Anthony submitted a very reasonable bid to remove the mold damage in our bedroom wall that was caused by a roof leak. Anthony was very efficient and thorough removing all the mold damage and he also treated the wall area to prevent any mold from returning. The area of the wall where the mold damage was located now looks as good as new and we are very satisfied. We would not hesitate to rehire Anthony again and would highly recommend him!

Anthony responded very quickly to my request for service and came the next day to assess the problem. He took his time inspecting everything including the crawl space which was not originally included in the project. He confirmed that I did not have a mold problem and that the very strong odor was coming from the carpet and padding as I was told by a waterproofing specialist. He took time inspecting everything and testing the humidity in the walls and insulation. He spent about one hour assessing everything and did it free of charge. I will keep his information to recommend him to others in need of mold remediation. I would also trust referrals from him for other type work I might need.
