Great company to work with. They replaced my 22 yr old Bryant 4 ton,13 SEER heat pump. They installed a top of the line Rheem 4 ton, 16 SEER, dual stage heat pump on a new pad. In addition, they installed the Rheem variable speed air handler in the attic. It has 2 automatic cutoff valves attached. All this is controlled by a Honeywell WiFi 7-day programmable thermostat. It even shows the indoor humidity as well as the outdoor's humidity & temperature. Of course, at $7k, this wasn't cheap. But, that was $2k and $3k cheaper than two other companies that offered name-brand units WITHOUT dual compressors and variable speed air handlers. RJR was on time and quickly responded to my questions and concerns.

I had them install an AC unit and a Furnace at a rental property in Fort Worth Texas. Everything went very smooth until I requested the invoice and copy of the paperwork the Tenants had signed after the installation of the equipment. I e-mailed them three times and no answer, my wife called about 6 times (they would say, we will send it in a couple hours, we waited for a day and nothing was sent) finally my wife persisted one day calling them two or three times the same day. They finally sent an invoice with no tenant's signature. I am very disappointed that once they got paid for the work, it seemed as they did not have to provide an invoice disregarding our request for one, which we need for our records and warranty purposes.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
After getting several quotes, AJR was one of the better price quotes I received. I used them to install a complete system consisting of a heat pump, inside unit, air handler and ducting. They really worked hard and were here until after 11:00 pm completing the job in one day so we wouldn't be without A/C. They had an incentive where we got a whole house surge protector if we scheduled to do the work within a few days of receiving the quote. One of the reasons I decided to go with them is that they offered a better labor warranty than a lot of other companies. It is a very nice system and after about a month of use it is working fine. Aaron who gave me the quote and was in charge of the install did what needed to be done to make sure I was happy. After the installation our house drain for the system was draining very slow (not their fault). Aaron came out and fixed it at no charge. They are hard workers and want the customer to be happy. "first of all I have to say I have fixed all the issues that my guys have messed up , and as all can see by the other 300 reviews that we have this is not the way we work .the surge protector was wired in the right way it will and does protect the whole house as far as the mess left behind I have addressed this with my guys and will not happen again I am giving this customer a long term pm policy worth 900.00 bucks to make up for this problem I have 3 branchs of this company one in Maryland virgina and texas and we base our company on workmanship and will inprove where needed thanks"

Excellent service. Chalupa and James were my installers. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, talented. Did a great install in less time than estimated. They were very thorough in explaining my system to me and patient in answering all my questions on the system. Had four estimates. Theres was the best and happy that I chose them. Chris was phenomenal from the initial free estimates, of which I requested several, to the last joint of the furnace being installed. He was friendly, patient, & most accommodating in my request & with my many questions. Aaron & Adam who did the bulk of the sysem install were also very professional, friendly & accommodating. Appointment was made the day after I called and the technician arrived within the stated time, I believe it was a Saturday. He saved us some money and gave us some good advice for when the time comes that we might need to replace our unit.

AJR pro had to come out twice to fix the problem. On the second call he only charged us for the freon for the air condition unit. He was phenomenal and came out to the house within 35 mins.

This company's people in our area are phenomenal. Their response time was lightning fast. They provide 24 hour emergency service for a one time low cost. They were honest, dependable, and professional. They now have our business for a complete new system because ours is beyond repair. Every positive complement that exists applies to these people. The installers were presented with a challenge of installing a furnace/Airhandler unit upstairs in a closet. The original unit was installed when the house was built, meaning that the walls were put up around it, so it was a very tight fit to putl out the old and install the new unit. They did an excellent job. Very professional and kept me in the loop on the challenges they were presented with. Very happy with AJR. Price was less than i expected to pay for a 16 seer 5ton unit. Thanks again AJR .

I had hired another company for an AC checkup. They told me I needed 3 new units immediately and nothing could be done to fix mine. Price tag $18,000. Contacted AJR through Home Advisor. They charged one unit with freon and recommended another be replaced "soon" as it was running out of life. But they said all 3 would get me through the summer. For a few hundred, we were back in business. Very honest and and professional. I will hire these guys to replace the units, but it's nice to know I can do it at my convenience.

Very Quick after hours response ! These Guys were awesome ! Chris the tech was very pleasant considering it was way past normal Business hours and he stayed until the repair was completed. Thanks Guys ! I get to sleep good tonight thanks to you, wish I had some guys this dedicated working for me. I definitely recommend.. Price is equivalent to what you would expect for 24 hour service, maybe a little more but when your hot to me it was worth it!
