Higher Standard Service is dedicated to providing a higher quality, more convenient customer experience. We use only the highest quality parts and materials in our services, provide upfront, competitive pricing for all services, warranty on every job, online-booking requests, seasonal promotions, 24-7 phone support for existing clients, and After-Hours Emergency service at a low flat-rate cost. We use all flat rates for our services allowing us to provide you an accurate, and competitive price quote upfront. During this very trying and uncertain time, we are doing our part by remaining vigilant, social distancing, wearing face masks and gloves at all times, offering "contact-free" service visits, virtual invoicing, and documentation ; as well as vigorously disinfecting all equipment and vehicles on a regular basis, and between services. We do offer video-conference estimates for replacement system installs and other projects whenever possible.

Higher Standard Service, is well-qualified, insured, licensed, and bonded in our trades and offers only the best outcome in our service's value. We have ample experience in all aspects of the trade and do not send out any "green" techs, only the veteran, experienced, and licensed techs will be sent out to lead a service request. So you can rest assured knowing that with us you are always going to receive the right person for the job."

Communication is number one priority for us, and we want you to get answers to all of your questions. All pricing is offered upfront and Itemized receipts are required to bill you out, We are only able to send a quick receipt after payment but can send out a full itemized receipt within 24 hours of job completion. We want for only 5 Star experiences, we strive to be honest, upfront, fair and respectful to everyone. We are also very reasonable and always want to hear your concerns before service completion if you are ever not satisfied with your service or feel it was unfair we urge you to let your technician know exactly how you feel and they will do what is appropriate and offer anything we can to ease your concerns."
"(update to our reply): It been brought to my attention that your email is incorrect in our system, we took it from the info you entered on here. The original receipt email bounced back I tried to reach you by phone and left a message but did not receive a call back. Your itemized receipt is available if you can reach us so we can get the correct email. Higher Standard Service Original Comment: All invoices are itemized, we cannot bill you without an itemized invoice. I actually remember our visit clearly, due to cell service I could not get an email receipt sent right out to to and I forgot to try again later that day. I apologize. Next time if something like this were to happen you could always just give a call and anyone in the office can send that out. After seeing this review I sent out your receipt with a message of apology."

"Higher Standard Service always maintains contact with the customer leading up to, during, and after the job. We understand that your time is important and we respect that. All of our services are scheduled with a one-hour window time frame of estimated arrival (i.e. 9am-10am) if for any reason the technician is running later than (10am) the customer should receive a phone call no later than 30 minutes from the window start time (9:30am) notifying them that they are late, and letting them know the revised expected time of arrival. At that time the customer has the opportunity to reschedule, or even cancel the service all together for no charge. We cannot always control our ability to arrive on time, but we will always communicate fully with our customer."
